What we collect
Depending on how you interact with Evidynt, we may process website activity, information you provide directly to us, buyer or contact information when available, conversations, approved business knowledge, qualification context, and meeting or routing information.
How we use it
Evidynt uses information to respond to inquiries, provide and operate the Evidynt service, configure customer workflows, support Buyer Intelligence and Melanie, provide customer support, maintain security, and improve the product.
We do not sell personal data.
Your conversations and business knowledge
Customer conversations and approved business knowledge are used to provide the Evidynt service. They are not used to train shared AI models.
Who can access it
Evidynt limits internal access to customer and production data based on what is needed to operate and support the product. The Security page covers how we handle infrastructure and access.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information according to Evidynt’s current policies and applicable agreements.
