Using Evidynt
By accessing or using Evidynt, you agree to these Terms and any applicable order form, subscription agreement, or other written agreement between you and Evidynt.
You are responsible for using the service in accordance with applicable law and your organization’s policies.
Customer accounts and access
Customers are responsible for the users they authorize to access Evidynt and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Access to Evidynt may depend on the features, configuration, and subscription agreed with the customer.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of the business information, conversations, and other customer data they provide to Evidynt.
Evidynt may process customer data as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to Evidynt’s Privacy Policy and any applicable customer agreement.
AI features
Evidynt includes AI-powered features, including Melanie, that may generate responses based on customer-approved business knowledge, buyer context, and configured rules.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and configuring the information, qualification criteria, routing rules, and other instructions used by their Evidynt setup.
AI-generated responses may not always be complete or error-free, and customers should use appropriate human review where needed.
Fees and subscriptions
Paid access to Evidynt is subject to the pricing, billing terms, subscription period, and other commercial terms agreed between Evidynt and the customer.
Acceptable use
You may not use Evidynt to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s data, distribute malicious code, or use the platform in a way that harms Evidynt, its customers, or third parties.
Third-party services
Evidynt may connect with third-party services such as calendars, CRM systems, knowledge sources, and other supported tools.
Use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Evidynt is not responsible for third-party services outside its control except as required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
Changes and availability
Evidynt may update, improve, or change features as the product evolves.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When these Terms are updated, we will revise the “Last updated” date.
