The agreement

By engaging Evidynt for a build or subscribing to the service, you agree to these terms and to the order form we sign with you at intake.

Pricing & billing

Build is invoiced at signing. Monthly subscription begins at launch and is billed monthly in advance. Founding rate is locked for the lifetime of the engagement.

Term & cancellation

An initial 90-day commitment begins at launch, after which the engagement converts to month-to-month. Cancel any time after the initial term with 30 days' notice.

Your data

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to operate the service. Full data portability on exit.
